Modern and cozy studio apartment (main room, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine) located in city center. All services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants) within few minutes walking distance. Linen and towels are included. Best with two persons, but can accommodate four persons. One double bed 140 cm and an convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, glazed balcony, free wifi. No parties.

Good to know

The apartment is 35m2 plus glazed balcony. If you get lucky you might see northern lights straight from glazed balcony. The best place for viewing northern lights in Rovaniemi is Arctic garden, and that is five minutes walk away. The mall is only 150m from apartment. The bus stop for bus number 8 that goes to Santa Claus village is also only couple hundred meters away.

I had a great experience wirh this Airbnb. Joni is very helpful and always reachable. The location of this apartment is great, very close to the city center, a mall with a supermarket, and to the Arktikum. Everything was clean and there was a folder in the room with flyers for the different kinds of activities you can book in Rovaniemi and other useful information. If I come back to Rovaniemi, this will be my first choice of accomodation.

Joni’s place is a very peaceful and self contained space. He is very helpful and responsive and he even provided quick help regarding travel and other things not directly related to the apartment. Very nice and cosy place. Strongly recommended.

Joni's place is located very close to the city center and many attractions are within 10min walking distance like the Arctic Garden, Arktikum, and downtown. The house itself is well equipped and has all the amenities mentioned in the listing. Joni was responsive and helpful. He also has great recommendations for tour agencies, restaurants, activities, maps, public transport schedule etc., there is a printed version in the house. Northern lights can be seen from the Arctic garden which is 10min walk away.

Joni’s place was perfect for exploring Rovaniemi. Cosy apartment and was very comfortable. Communication was also very easy with Joni. He was very helpful to guide us to a luggage storage as we were arriving early via the overnight sleeper train. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is located in centrum of Rovaniemi and and is easily reachable with public transport. Railway station is only 1,3km away. If you are arriving by airplane, there is a bus line to centrum from airport. A bus stop to Santas Village and Arctic Circle is 600m away from apartment. Free parking space in the courtyard.
