Modern studio apartment (main room, alcove, kitchen, bathroom) in brand new building located in downtown Rovaniemi. All services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants) within few minutes walking distance. Linen and towels are included. Best with two persons, but can accommodate four persons. One double bed 140 cm and an convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, balcony, free wifi.

Good to know

The apartment is 28,5m2 plus french balcony. If you get lucky you might see northern lights straight from the balcony. The best place for viewing northern lights in Rovaniemi is Arctic garden, and that is ten minutes walk away. The apartment is located in downtown, so everything is nearby. The bus stop for bus number 8 that goes to Santa Claus village is also only 100 meters away.

- Before checking out, please wash the dishes and take the garbage out. - Silence between 10pm - 07am - No shoes indoors - By default if there are two persons coming, sleeping places will be prepared on double bed. Ask if you want two seperate sleeping places (One in the double bed and one on the sofa bed) - Check-in normally after 2pm. Earlier check-in is also possible if apartment is empty at that time. - Upon checking out you can leave the key on the table inside the apartment and close the door on your way out. - No smoking indoors

Super central location and really cute and cosy apartment. A really short walk from most of the bars and restaurants. Joni was really great, super quick to respond to me and an awesome host. Check in and check out was super easy. Thank you again for a great stay!!

Everything just as described. The apartment is very near to the city center of Rovaniemi. The apartment has a washing machine which was very useful. I would recommend this apartment for 2 people but for more people it’s too small.

There is taxi station next to the building. Bus stop is just outside the building. You can park by the street. Parking is free from monday to friday between 6pm and 8am and on saturday outside 8am and 4pm. On sundays parking is free of charge. Outside those times parking is 1,4€/h
