About
Modern and cozy studio apartment in top floor (main room, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine) located in city center. All services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants) within few minutes walking distance. Linen and towels are included. Best with two persons, but can accommodate four persons. One double bed 140 cm and a convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Glazed balcony, free wifi. No parties.
Good to know
The apartment is 35m2 plus glazed balcony. If you get lucky you might see northern lights straight from glazed balcony. The best place for viewing northern lights in Rovaniemi is Arctic garden, and that is five minutes walk away. The mall is only 150m from apartment. The bus stop for bus number 8 that goes to Santa Claus village is also only couple hundred meters away.

Joni's place is a true paradise - a haven. We felt really comfortable and he also provided a clear and well instructed guide. The place holds a special place in my heart for many reasons, but I have booked it twice, and would do it again.

An outstanding place to stay that is close to all amenities and transport links. It was super easy to find and to get settled in. The place was immaculate and had everything I needed to have a great stay. Joni was very proactive and and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was so easy to get around and close to restaurants. It was clean, tidy and warm! After a day out in the cold it was always nice to come back to at the end of the day.
100% would recommend this apartment!

Clean, convenient and easily walkable to city center/grocery and bus stop to Santa’s village (bus goes in a loop and stops a few blocks from the apartment by Osaka Teppanyaki restaurant. You can pay the driver directly with a card, 4 euros each way per person). Appreciated the wash machine halfway through our trip too. Joni the host is very very friendly and helpful and quickly responsive. Thank you. Wonderful place to stay.

siamo stati molto contenti dell appartamento, ottima posizione, facile raggiungere il centro a piedi, supermercati e negozi vicini. Abbiamo anche potuto ammirare dal balcone l Aurora boreale!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este lugar. La casa es acogedora, decorada con mucho gusto, y estaba impecablemente limpia al llegar. Cada rincón refleja cuidado y atención al detalle, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, la ubicación es perfecta. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaríamos. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and it had everything we needed for a great stay! The apartment was close to a shopping centre and supermarket and only a 5 minute walk to the mall. The apartment was clean and being able to do washing was a bonus! We loved our stay at Joni's place! Highly recommend staying here if you're in Rovaniemi!

The apartment is located in centrum of Rovaniemi and and is easily reachable with public transport. Railway station is only 1,3km away. If you are arriving by airplane, there is a bus line to centrum from airport.
A bus stop to Santas Village and Arctic Circle is 600m away from apartment.
