Modern and cozy studio apartment in top floor (main room, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine) located in city center. All services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants) within few minutes walking distance. Linen and towels are included. Best with two persons, but can accommodate four persons. One double bed 140 cm and a convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Glazed balcony, free wifi. No parties.

Good to know

The apartment is 35m2 plus glazed balcony. If you get lucky you might see northern lights straight from glazed balcony. The best place for viewing northern lights in Rovaniemi is Arctic garden, and that is five minutes walk away. The mall is only 150m from apartment. The bus stop for bus number 8 that goes to Santa Claus village is also only couple hundred meters away.

- Before checking out, please wash the dishes and take the garbage out. - Silence between 10pm - 07am --No shoes indoors - No smoking indoors - By default if there are two persons coming sleeping places will be prepared on double bed. Ask if you want two seperate sleeping places (One in the double bed and one on the sofa-bed) - Check-in normally after 3pm. Earlier check-in is also possible if apartment is empty at that time. For last minute reservations for the same day we cannot guarantee beds for over two people. So please contact us on last minute bookings for possibility for extra beds

Très bon séjour chez Joni ! Idéal pour y vivre au quotidien : supermarché à 2 mins à pied, centre ville à 5 mins à pied avec bars, magasins, activités… 5 mins des 3 musées principaux de la ville. Arrêt de bus à proximité ! Nous avons même eu la chance de voir une aurore boréale depuis le balcon exposé au nord ! Merci encore

The apartment is located in centrum of Rovaniemi and and is easily reachable with public transport. Railway station is only 1,3km away. If you are arriving by airplane, there is a bus line to centrum from airport. A bus stop to Santas Village and Arctic Circle is 600m away from apartment. Free parking space in the courtyard.
