Modern apartment with a bedroom (main room, alcove, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine) in a 2019 built building located in downtown Rovaniemi. All services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants) within few minutes walking distance. Linen and towels are included. Best with two persons, but can accommodate four persons. One double bed 140 cm and an convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, terrace, free wifi. The apartment is located in downtown of Rovaniemi and is easily reachable with public transportation. Railway station is 2km away. If you are arriving by airplane, there is a bus line to centrum from airport. You can park by the street. Parking is free from monday to friday between 6pm and 8am and on saturday outside 8am and 4pm. On sundays parking is free of charge. Outside those times parking is 2€/h A bus stop to Santas Village and Arctic Circle is 200m away from the apartment. There is a taxi station 200m from the building. Self check-in is possible any time of the day.

Loved it! It was as described, clean, well thought out, cosy. All you need is there including well equipped kitchen. Close to city centre. Owner is responsive when messaged. My partner felt the bed was uncomfortable (but I felt it was comfortable). The TV didn’t work for us (we just wanted some music on). The hairdryer nearly set on fire (melted the plastic, lots of smoke). Thankfully there was another hairdryer that I hadn’t noticed. I messaged the owner who apologised and advised me to throw it. None of this (apart from my partner’s sleep) made a significant impact on our stay. We really loved it.

Great central location opposite the bus stop to Santas village. Well equipped apartment. Had issue with the hairdryer but one message and a new one was delivered in a matter of hours. Easy check in.

Vicinissima al centro e ai principali punti di ritrovo per le varie experience. La casa è piccolina ma accogliente, ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Letto molto comodo. La doccia può esser l’unica cosa leggermente scomoda poiché non ha il piattodoccia, ma non ci ha dato alcun tipo di problema.

L’appartamento é in una posizione eccellente, comoda da tutto. In più, il check in é facile e immediato. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, e sicuramente la consiglierei come base per l’avventura in Lapponia.

It was warm, and very quiet also. Perfect to sleep peacefully. We also had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. What a lovely place The location was also perfect. We could walk to the restaurants and markets.

The perfect apartment for a stay in the heart of Rovaniemi. Comfortable and has everything you need for a self catering place. Location is the best part. Few mins walking distance to all of our tour pick ups. 2 things that could make it a little better, heating wasn’t warm enough and didn’t get any hotter (it was -31 when we stayed!) and the towels are very rough! Apart from that 10/10
