Modern studio apartment (main room, kitchen and toilet) located in downtown Rovaniemi. Kitchen and bathroom freshly renovated. All services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants) within few minutes walking distance. Linen and towels are included. Best with two persons, but can accommodate four persons. One double bed 140 cm and an convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, balcony, free wifi.

Good to know

The apartment is 27m2 plus balcony. If you get lucky you might see northern lights straight from the balcony. The best place for viewing northern lights in Rovaniemi is Arctic garden, and that is ten minutes walk away. The apartment is located in downtown, so everything is nearby. The bus stop for bus number 8 that goes to Santa Claus village is also only 50 meters away.

- Before checking out, please wash the dishes and take the garbage out. - Silence between 10pm - 07am - No shoes indoors - No smoking indoors. You can smoke in the balcony - By default if there are two persons coming sleeping places will be prepared on double bed. Ask if you want two seperate sleeping places (One in the double bed and one on the sofa bed) - Check-in normally after 2pm. Earlier check-in is also possible if apartment is empty at that time. - Upon checking out leave the key on the table inside the apartment and close the door on your way out. For last minute reservations for the same day we cannot guarantee beds for over two people. So please contact us on last minute bookings for possibility for extra beds

we had a short stay but the place was well organised and the guide manual left to us was very meticulous with a wide range of recommendations. had the best burgers ever because of joni's recommendation. kitchen was partially stocked with basic essentials like spices, breakfast spreads and cooking basics, with appliances available

Uns hat durchweg ALLES gefallen. Wir können uns über gar nichts beschweren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Alles Nötige ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle vom Airport Express ist direkt vor der Haustür. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht, war super sauber und total gemütlich. Am ersten Abend hatten wir sogar das Glück, ein paar leichte Polarlichter und Lichtsäulen vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Joni, der Vermieter, ist ein wirklicher super Host. Nachdem wir vor ein paar Wochen Streaming TV angefragt hatten, hat er es zu unserer Überraschung tatsächlich eingerichtet. Außerdem hat er für uns Schlitten bereitgestellt. Wenn ich Fragen hatte, hatte er immer gute Tipps und war mega freundlich. Alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Lediglich ein paar Schlüsselboxen sind dazu gekommen. Er hat aber alles genauestens beschrieben, sodass auch der Check in unkompliziert und reibungslos geklappt hat. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die tolle Zeit in Rovaniemi. Mietet dieses Apartment-Ihr könnt nichts falsch machen!!! Dass wir wieder nach Hause mussten.

There is taxi station next to the building. Bus stop is just outside the building. You can park by the street. Parking is free from monday to friday between 6pm and 8am and on saturday outside 8am and 4pm. On sundays parking is free of charge. Outside those times parking is 2€/h
